“Our responsibility doesn't end at the visa. It ends when the student is settled.”
For more than eighteen years, students from Kirtipur have trusted us with one of the biggest decisions of their lives. We treat it that way.
Our story
IT Education Consultancy started in Nayabazar, Kirtipur, with a simple idea: tell students the truth about their options, prepare their documents properly, and stay with them until they land.
Eighteen years later, the idea hasn't changed. We've guided more than 1,500 students to a granted visa. We teach Japanese from N5 to N3 alongside IELTS, PTE and general English, and our counsellors work with schools in Japan, the UK, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, the USA and across Europe.
Most new students come through someone we've already helped: a cousin in Tokyo, a friend in Osaka, a neighbour studying in Sydney. That trust is what we work to keep.
If a plan isn't right for you, we'll say so. You'll know every fee before you commit, and for Japan, our consultancy charge is due only after your visa is granted.
Experienced Japanese and IELTS instructors, small batches, and documents reviewed carefully before anything is submitted.
From the first counselling session to pre-departure orientation and after you arrive, you'll work with the same people throughout.
Our board sets the standards for counselling, teaching and documentation, and still meets students in person.
